Before you start, gather
Set [LENGTH] to your booked room time, list [GOALS] from the program's funded objectives, and describe [AUDIENCE] by role or experience level. Choose a [TOPIC] you can teach from materials you already have.
Starter prompt
Design a [LENGTH] workshop on [TOPIC] for [AUDIENCE]. Our goals: [GOALS]. Provide a timed agenda, a mix of short talk, discussion and hands-on activity, supply list, and ideas to make it welcoming for different learning styles and abilities. Do not state statistics or rules about the topic as fact; where the content needs one, write MISSING INFO instead of guessing.
Paste the prompt into your AI tool first, then replace the placeholders with your own details. Don't use real names of clients or donors.
Open an AI tool
You are leaving this guide. Copy the prompt first, then open a tool. The link goes to the website of the company named on each link, in a new tab. That company's terms and privacy policy apply there. Paste the prompt in, then replace the placeholders with your own details. Don't enter real names or confidential details.

Check the result
Check that the timing is realistic and that all content is accurate for your topic.
What it might get wrong
Activity timings that add up to more than the session, supply lists with items you may not own, and confident topic facts or exercises that do not fit [AUDIENCE].
