Before you start, gather
Take [VISION] from your mission and strategic plan, and describe [WHO] and [ACTIVITIES] as in your current program descriptions. Keep individual participant stories out.
Starter prompt
Draft a theory of change for [ORGANIZATION NAME]. Long-term change we want: [VISION]. People we work with: [WHO]. What we do: [ACTIVITIES]. Write it as a story in steps ('If we..., then...'), name key assumptions, and list outside factors that could affect results.
