Program design and client services
Create a client resource guide from public resources
Organizes help available in your area into one easy-to-read handout.
Lower risk: public info only — Use publicly listed resources only.
Please note: This site is only a guide to help people understand. Consult your IT, security and/or privacy department for clarification.
Before you start, gather
Build [LIST OF PUBLIC SERVICES AND HOURS] from each provider's own published listing or a recent confirmation. Note the date you checked. Set [CITY OR REGION] and [NEED] to match your service area.
Starter prompt
Help me build a one-page resource guide for people in [CITY OR REGION] who need help with [NEED]. I will give you the list of services: [LIST OF PUBLIC SERVICES AND HOURS]. Organize them by type, write one plain sentence about each, and add a note to call ahead because hours can change. Include only the services in my list, with the hours as I wrote them; if a detail is missing, write MISSING INFO instead of guessing, and do not add services from your own knowledge.
Paste the prompt into your AI tool first, then replace the placeholders with your own details. Don't use real names of clients or donors.
Open an AI tool
You are leaving this guide. Copy the prompt first, then open a tool. The link goes to the website of the company named on each link, in a new tab. That company's terms and privacy policy apply there. Paste the prompt in, then replace the placeholders with your own details. Don't enter real names or confidential details.

Check the result
Call or visit each listing to verify details, since AI can add or alter phone numbers, hours and addresses.
What it might get wrong
Extra services, addresses or hours it believes exist in [CITY OR REGION]. Also eligibility or cost details that the provider never published.
